CALIFORNIA’S EDUCATORS UNITE BEHIND KARINA CERVANTEZ ALEJO FOR ASSEMBLY

WATSONVILLE, CA— Infusing her campaign with more momentum, today Watsonville Mayor Pro-Tem Karina Cervantez Alejo scored an endorsement from the California Faculty Association as she seeks to represent California’s 30th State Assembly District seat.

The California Faculty Association announced their support by releasing the following statement:

“California Faculty Association is proud to endorse Karina Cervantez Alejo for State Assembly. More than anyone else in this race, Karina uniquely understands the challenges of our education system and what’s needed to improve it. As an educator and Vice Mayor, she’s not only highly qualified to serve, but she’s by far the best candidate for the job of State Assemblymember.”
